These pumps have agitator: this agitator is the key for picking up material from rest. The agitator is designed to handle fast settling, high specific gravity solids and viscous mud. The agitator (see picture) is used to physically and hydraulically force material away from the pump’s suction.
These pumps are particularly effective in the following sectors: industrial waste, dredging of harbors, clean-up of rivers, lakes and lagoons, underwater work, ecological recovery, inert wash sludge, marble dust, heavy soil, sewage, public works, offshore, sand extraction, dam maintenance, mining.
